What I am finding is that the average surveyor hasn't a clue how to value the buildings and may never have had to view a cattery/kennels before, hence why I contacted you - it seems a hap-hazard guess which is normally grossly under the actual cost - or value for insurance purposes.
You are right about goodwill - it strikes me that most of the kennel agents are adding a 'lump sum' of £100k (tho I'm assured its worked out on a more

You would be shocked at what is termed Cattery in Mallorca. We intend to do things properly and show them how cats should be cared for.
