With so many wonderful, but big ideas for creating a therapy centre for dogs with welfare-designed kennels, and trying to find out about purchasing a property, planning and designs - we had confirmed to her the ideas she had were good, that it really was what she wanted to do with her life. She'd got this major first step out of the way.

At the time you sent it to me I was starting to shy away from the idea of a kennels and was downsizing the whole idea - due to the prices of suitable properties being so huge and existing kennels for sale being expensive, and either of a bad reputation or just not built as I'd like. Then your email arrived, and at 3am the following morning I was again bleary eyed and pacing the room!
The finance info made a lot of things clearer, and I want to run with my big idea again now.
I remembered estate agents details of a wonderful property next door but one to the rescue centre I help out at and phoned them for details. I was told it had been taken off the market and decided to pay the seller a visit today. She still wants to sell and wants no less than [six figures] for the property which has a house, a listed barn with planning for conversion to a house, 2 small stable blocks, a small outbuilding, horse leading area and is set in 9 acres of land. It looks and feels like the perfect place and by converting the existing buildings would need just a kennel block to be built to be complete.
The room for future expansion is huge - particularly if the small farm next door ever comes up for sale and could stretch to having a holistic vet service on site and to offering acupuncture, Bowen therapy, Essential oil therapy, Bach Flower therapies, Reiki, animal communication etc..
The next step is to go through the new Kennel Design book - which arrived today. I ordered it express delivery so I could concentrate on the building side of things and site requirements in detail. I need to get a list of questions together so I can make sure this site is as good as it seems on the surface. How many sleepless nights went into the book? Its enormous!

Sounds like a simple question, yes?
